-

-
Acute visits, including point-of-care testing
-
Follow-up visits
-
Chronic disease management (monitoring of diabetes, hypertension, etc)

and more...
Labs, medications, and imaging are not included in membership. However, our partnerships with local and national organizations allow us to offer these at significantly discounted rates to members
Do you take insurance?
No, we do not bill insurance for our services. This allows us to focus entirely on your health without the frustrating limitations and minimal coverage options that are typically associated with insurance-based primary care.
What happens in an emergency?
For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911. For urgent care needs, membership provides you with direct access to your provider via phone or secure messaging for guidance and triage.
Can I still use my HSA or FSA?
Often yes, but we recommend consulting with your tax advisor or plan administrator as DPC membership eligibility can vary by plan and state regulations.
